Rental Includes:
Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, air-conditioner, window treatments, storage unit (in basement), private garage w/ electric garage door opener, garbage collection, water (softened).
Resident pays individual electric bill (heat and hot water).
Rental Terms:
No lease is required to rent our apartments. A written 60-day notice to vacate an apartment unit is required. These notices are only valid as of the first day of the month. Credit and background checks will be performed. An application is available on-line and must be complete by each adult resident.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required to be paid in full prior to moving in.
